This heavily built Bain Marie style jacketed kettle is made from food grade 304 stainless steel and comes with a copper boiler liner. The boiler is 100% TIG welded and is available with a 2” or 4” copper lid. The copper boiler liner transfers heat quickly and is said to enhance flavors.

The 2” tri clover element port will accept our single element 4500w/240V electric heater.
