If you have the skills necessary to solder copper and want to make a 3" pot still, this kit is for you. Fits on modern beer kegs with a 2" x 3" adapter. Comes with all the parts, thermometer and garden hose attachments shown in the listing photos. Similar kits available online do not come with the clamp & gasket, hose kit, or thermometer.

The stainless steel ferrule can not be soldered and must be silver brazed or TIG welded which requires special skills and equipment, so we have given you the option of having us braze it or you can do it yourself. If you have us braze the ferrule, we also drill the stops out of the condenser tees so you don't have to buy an expensive drill bit. If you choose not brazed, some fitting may be required.

Comes with all the parts and thermometer shown in the listing photos. Also included are the garden hose attachments.

This still will produce around 2 gallons per hour of 120-140 proof alcohol. A higher proof can be obtained with multiple distillations. This still is the same one we use on our beer keg whiskey still.

A proven traditional still design made with modern equipment. The beer keg whiskey still uses our 2" pot still along with our beer keg thumper attachment. All piping is 3/4 inch. Stainless steel kegs or kettles will retain heat much better than copper pots, causing the still to run faster and be much more stable during operation.

This still is capable of producing 170 proof at a rate of 2 gallons per hour. No modifications to your beer kegs are necessary to use this kit. It comes with the necessary clamps & gaskets.

Our thumper/doubler - 5 gallon is made from 304 stainless steel with a copper thumper head. The 5 gallon can comes with an 8 inch lid, thermometer and drain. The copper thumper head is made from 3/4” copper pipe and comes with unions so you can attach your accessories easily.

This unit is ready to go for a 5 gallon tall or 15.5 gallon keg and can be cut down to fit a pony keg. It is ready to attach to your beer keg with the included clamp & gasket. Constructed from heavy duty type L copper pipe. The tubes are 3/4" pipe and are easily necked down to 1/2" if you have a still with 1/2" piping. 3/4" copper unions included. Down tube is perforated at the bottom. Smaller bubbles mean higher proof.

The inline copper proofing parrot comes with a 2” tri clover connection and a bypass valve for when proofing is not desired. It can handle high flow rates with exceptional accuracy. The accuracy is due to the small diameter of the alcohol meter chamber, which minimizes mixing. All copper construction with lead free valve.

Building your own moonshine column still?  We can help! 

The hardest part of building a still is making the connection between your kettle and the column. We did the hard part for you. We silver brazed a 2" 304 Stainless Steel ferrule onto 2" heavy duty type L copper pipe. We do not use cheap, thin walled Drain Waste Vent (DWV) pipe on our stills.

These do it yourself column kits include a stainless steel tri-clamp & gasket and come in lengths of 1, 2, and 3 feet.

This is heavy duty type L pipe, not cheap DWV pipe that some of our competitors use. For our silver brazing we use 56% food grade silver - guaranteed to be safe. The column kits will work on modern beer kegs and commercially available kettles as well.

Your order will be shipped with the beer keg o-ring. If you are planning on using this on a commercial kettle just email us after you buy and tell us to send you the tri-clamp gasket instead of the beer keg o-ring.

If you have your own copper pipe and need to make the connection to your beer keg or kettle, this is what you need. These kits include a 2 inch copper coupler and a stainless steel tri-clamp & gasket and come ready to solder. These will work on most beer kegs and commercially available 2 inch kettles.

1/2” FPT input & output for cooling water

The whiskey cone - copper 4 x 2 inch can be used to complete your whiskey helmet and turn it into a pot still. Images show it set up on a simple still.

For maximum cooling power with the ability to knock the vapor down on stills up to 2 inches in diameter, try our copper shotgun condenser. The TIG welded 2 inch tri clover copper shotgun condenser is made from 100% copper and has 3 vapor tubes. The cooling water ports are 1/2" NPT. Total length is 17.5".

The TIG welded 2 inch tri clover copper shotgun condenser is made from 100% copper and has 5 vapor tubes. The cooling water ports are 1/2" NPT. Total length is 17.5".

The Graham coil condenser is made from 1/4" O.D. copper tubing and has a 2" cap. Coil fits inside a 2" copper pipe. It is a double wound condenser and is very efficient. Connects to 1/4" tubing using compression fittings. This is the same condenser we use on our 2" liquid management stills and it will condense up to 3 gallons per hour.

Our Liebig condensers - stainless steel and copper tri clamp are professionally TIG welded works of art that feature a stainless steel jacket over copper tubing. The copper fitting can be soldered or brazed to your still, allowing you to use the tri clamp connection to remove the condenser for ease of cleaning and for storage. The cooling water connections are 1/2” pipe thread. The unit comes in three lengths, short, medium and long.

Long: Total length is 36”. Jacket length is 31”.

Medium: Total length is 30”. Jacket length is 25”.

Short: Total length is 24”. Jacket length is 20”.

Constructed with a 1" water jacket over 3/4" pipe, this condenser is the same one we use on our beer keg whiskey still.

The cooling ports are 1/2" so it can be easily used with a submersible pump or a garden hose. Garden hose attachments for this condenser are available in Kits & Parts.
