Inlet and outlet are 2" tri clamp and can be set up to fit just about any still with the proper adapters. If you want to make gin or other infused spirits, we have what you need. This vapor infusion gin basket is designed to clamp to your 4" flute column with no modifications necessary. Built from heavy gauge 304 stainless steel, this beauty comes with an easy access top loading perforated screen.
The Olympic Distillers whiskey still with thumper and shotgun condenser is a 13 gal. pot still with a 5 gal. thumper and a shotgun condenser, perfect for home distillery enthusiasts making flavored spirits. Made of heavy duty 2" copper pipe and 1" piping, this manual operation still can be powered by 220V electric or propane sources (sold separately).
This USA-made still includes a spigot for easy draining of the tanks after distilling is complete. The 1 inch piping reduces back pressure while the 1.5" shotgun condenser efficiently knocks down the vapor and cools the liquid for optimal results. Tri-clamp connections on the thumper provides ease of cleaning and makes the unit a convenient and efficient piece of equipment for creating high-quality flavored spirits at home.

A thumper is a secondary chamber connected to a pot still that enables double distillation in a single run. It uses hot vapor from the main boiler to re-distill low-proof alcohol, increasing the final ABV, improving purity, and enhancing flavor. It can also be used for infusing fruit flavor or other flavors to the distillate.
Key Features and Functions:
Process: Vapors from the main pot travel to the thumper, condensing into a liquid, which is then reheated by the steam to vaporize again before reaching the final condenser.
Benefits: It eliminates the need for a separate second distillation run (stripping run) and allows for flavoring by adding fruits or botanicals directly into the thumper vessel.
Efficiency: It produces a higher purity product (higher proof) compared to a single-pot distillation.

The Olympic Distillers Jacketed Bain-Marie Distillery 4" Looking Glass Column is a 220V single element electric boiler designed for distilling liquor and is especially suited for preventing scorching in mashes that are high in solids. With a 13 gallon (50L) volume and made of 304 stainless steel, the boiler stands at 39 inches tall. Total height is 78 inches. The glass column with copper bubble plates allows the user to view the distilling process as it happens.
This high-quality distillery equipment is perfect for use particularly in the distilling of fruit mash. The optional heater ensures consistent temperature control during the distillation process, making it a reliable tool for any serious distillery operation.
